LPE Add Deep Drawing Capabilities

Already having a very modern press shop with a range of power presses and automatic coil feeding equipment up to 200 ton. We have just installed deep drawing die cushions to some of our presses which enables us to draw up to 150mm deep casings.

This facility allows us to offer our customers a different range of product and the ability to deep draw components that were previously cast and machined or manufactured from solid.

As well as reducing cost it can reduce the weight of the components by up to 90% and can be done in a variety of materials with parts being subsequently plated or painted to suit customer requirements.
